  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after processing.

  • Orders are delivered via local courier services.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Delivery Time: 5–14 business days depending on destination.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges upon arrival. To estimate these costs, kindly contact your nearest customs office.

Shipping Notes

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, holidays, or external courier issues.

  • Once the package is handed to the courier, THE NOTCHH is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

  • Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing the order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
