Return Policy

THE NOTCHH | Exchange & Store Credit Policy

Important: We do not offer cash refunds at this time — only exchanges.


1. Local Orders (Inside Lebanon)

  • You have 24 hours from delivery to request an exchange or credit.

  • Requests can be submitted via:

  • You may exchange for another size, color, or an entirely different product.

  • Return Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, with original labels/tags still attached.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Notify us of the item, your order ID, and the product you’d like.

    2. Upon approval, our courier collects the item and delivers the new one.

    3. Delivery charges apply (not free).

  • Store Credit:

    • After pick-up, credit is automatically issued to your account.


2. International Orders (Outside Lebanon)

  • You have 72 hours from delivery to request store credit or exchange.

  • Requests via:

  • You must ship the item back within 15 days of delivery—late returns won’t be accepted.

  • Return Shipping: Customer covers all costs—shipping, handling, customs duties.

  • Return Process:

    1. Submit item details with order ID.

    2. We issue an RMA number—please include it with your return.

    3. Ship to the following address:

    1. After inspection, if conditions are met, store credit is issued (allow ~7 working days).


3. Exceptions

Excluded from exchanges or credits:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Swimwear


4. Defective / Faulty Items

  • Report within 7 days of receipt with photos of the fault and your Order ID.

  • After confirmation, we will replace the item at no extra charge 


5. General Conditions

  • Return Condition: Items must be in original condition they were delivered in, the product must be unworn, altered, or damaged. All tags must be attached when returned. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or deny returns/exchanges if conditions are not met.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments—ensure your parcel is trackable and labeled properly.
